Writing & Editing
Avonlea Communications has been involved in writing and editing projects for close to 20 years. These have included editing books, writing and editing for school textbooks and teacher guides, writing corporate newsletters, annual reports, brochures, magazine articles, a weekly newspaper column, and writing and editing a magazine for children.

This newsletter was produced for the Construction Opportunities Development Council, and distributed across Saskatchewan. Avonlea Communications did the writing and layout.
At left, the cover of a school resource book that was completed for the First Nations University of Canada. What started as a last-minute edit turned into a re-write and design, and ultimately, a valuable classroom resource.
Other projects include writing introductions to several of the music CDs released by Lismor, which feature the teaching of the late Pipe Major Donald MacLeod, MBE. These CDs are in worldwide circulation.
